Do not use opheli.ai for harmful, unlawful, or abusive activity
- Illegal activity, infringement, malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, harassment, abuse, or privacy violations.
- Unauthorized surveillance, scraping, overload, denial-of-service behavior, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
- Generating harmful instructions, evasion guidance, exploit steps, or content intended to injure people or systems.
- Uploading or processing content without the rights, authority, or lawful basis to do so.
High-risk

Do not use opheli.ai as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, employment, insurance, credit, housing, safety, compliance, or similarly high-impact decisions.

Do not attempt to extract secrets or bypass controls
- No attempts to extract Provider keys, encrypted credentials, hidden prompts, system instructions, secrets, or private user data.
- No attempts to bypass plan limits, budget guards, authorization, CSRF, 2FA, Trust Engine controls, provider restrictions, or run state machines.
Enforcement
